Very well executed for a spontaneous portrait. I especially like the disparity conveyed here, from left to right, up and down... near and far. The way the shadows graple onto objects in the image (like the shirt and wall) is incredibly alluring. The contrast in the coposition of this piece from top to bottom, the blown highlights from the light source above and the incredibly dark and ominous bottom half of the picture make this piece that much more mysterious and mesmerizing. Your subjects eyes definitely draw my attention and is the gateway into the depth of this piece.
